December 26-27, 2019 was the inauguration of Qwill Day (pt. 1 and 2) where we set goals, articulated core values and the mission of Qwill Creative.
While still in progress, the new core values are:
- Encourage the Client
- Enhance My Skill-Set
- No Unspoken Expectations
- Timely Delivery
- Respond / Follow Up
We created the new mission statement:
To help and encourage small-to-medium sized businesses with consistent long-form or short-form copy.
In addition, we completed multiple website updates. Namely, the Porcupine Blog. There are still edits and revisions to be made, but the goal is simple: one blog post every day. Tuesdays and Thursdays are personal content (like this post). And Monday, Wednesday and Friday contain actionable content: emails and texts you can copy/paste to those you work with and love.
But the greatest Qwill Day development was an emphasis on yearly, monthly and daily planning as a way to gain traction. This will occur through planning each hour of the work day in addition to Bullet Journaling.
